Jacques-Olivier Perche

Jacques-Olivier Perche has been the Head of Professional Learning for the English Schools Foundation, a group of 22 international schools in Hong Kong, for over 13 years. He has specialised in developing long-term learning and development models sourced not only from the education field but also from a variety of industries such as investment firms and law firms. In his organisation, Jacques has recently developed the concept of “intellectual wellbeing.” He employs this newly coined term to delve deeper into the role of professional learning and development in organisations, balancing authenticity, visible productivity, relationships, and adaptability.
He is also working with local and global companies to co-create knowledge creation and mobilisation models.
