Kelly is passionate and dedicated to leading schools by building a strong sense of belonging within and across the school community. She has led multiple new initiatives and designed whole school processes and structures to achieve success. By having effective collaboration and change management skills, Kelly has successfully aligned and led operation and academic staff to achieve desired outcomes. Data driven decision-making is used to inform whole school development and change to improve student learning and wellbeing. Kelly enjoys leading high performance teams working on developing inclusive cultures and practices which are driven by strategic intent. Kelly believes the biggest impact in a school environment are the teachers, and she is passionate about building teacher capacity and providing high quality instruction and ongoing commitment to all learners.
