Rachel has been in education for over nine years. Throughout those nine years, she has worked with students from the preschool level all the way up to high school as a teacher, counselor, behavior interventionist, and Learning Support Coordinator. Ms. Rachel currently holds an M.Ed in Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism and a B.S. degree in Exceptional Student Education as well as a Teaching Certification for Exceptional Student Education (K-12).
Rachel is passionate about supporting inclusive learning communities. She has worked with students in multiple facets including academic, socio-emotional, behavioral, and so on. Rachel has independently managed educational and intervention programs throughout her career and has trained educators in special education since 2019. Most notably, Rachel visited Yonsei University as a guest lecturer (on the topic of inclusion and special education) to Korean graduate students preparing to be educators. The students from the lecture also visited Korea Foreign School to learn from Rachel about our Learning Support program. She also hopes to build a strong bridge between school and home.
