Sally Holloway

Sally Holloway joined the IB in August 2019 as Deputy Director General and is based out of the IB Global Centre in Cardiff. She has ~30 years of experience working in international education and 21 years as Head of an IB continuum school in Asia Pacific.

As an IB Head, she served on the IB Asia Pacific Regional Council as well as the Heads Council, the latter of which she Chaired in 2009-10. She was a member of the IB Board of Governors from 2011-17. Sally has a degree in education and a master’s degree in International Education from Oxford Brookes University. Sally brings her extensive experience to her role and the IB’s “School’s First” and “Student Centred” strategy.
