Andy Perryer

Andy Perryer is European Head of Digital Learning for Cognita Schools, and is based in Bristol, UK. He completed his teaching degree in 2008, and has taught in the UK and internationally. Before joining Cognita in 2018, Andy was Head of Digital Learning and Innovation at Putney High School, and hosted the first VR in Education conference in the UK. Since joining Cognita, he has been involved in a number of transformational projects including the UK schools technology refresh, the 2020 online learning strategy13,000 1-to-1 device deployment across Europe. His current work streams are writing and enacting group digital learning strategies, measuring digital maturity as a group, and performing research around innovative projects.
