Dr Elise Ecoff

Dr. Elise Ecoff is the Group Education Director for Nord Anglia Education (NAE), an international family of schools. Elise is also the founder of MNT2LEAD, a website designed to serve as a ‘digital mentor’ for aspiring female educational leaders.

Prior to joining the Nord Anglia global team, Elise served seven years as the Head of School at North Broward Preparatory School, an NAE international school in southeastern Florida, US.

Elise spent four years as a member of the board of directors of the Florida Council of Independent Schools where she organized the annual professional development conference and supported schools through the accreditation process.

Elise began her career as a classroom teacher in Broward County, Florida where she also served as an Elementary Generalist and an assistant principal.

Elise recently fulfilled a longtime goal, earning an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.S. in Educational Leadership.

Elise is married with two adult children, both proud NAE alum.
