Lindsay Mackenzie-Wright is the Deputy Director Wellbeing at The International School of Monaco and has developed her career through being a classroom practitioner, Head of Department, Head of Middle School and in the last five years, Deputy Director Wellbeing.
Before arriving in Monaco, Lindsay did her postgraduate studies at the University of Edinburgh whilst also working with children with terminal illnesses.
With over 20 years experience teaching and leading, Lindsay is able to work as part of a strong leadership team at ISM who all work together with a mission to create empathetic, caring and academically successful students within their school.
Lindsay has a strong interest in School Safeguarding and Wellbeing and has led numerous initiatives to engage a whole-school approach from the school community. In particular, Lindsay is passionate about the Anti-Bullying programme within ISM which empowers students to be the change.
