Tom Duckling

Tomas Duckling is a Deputy School Director at Aiglon College, Switzerland. He runs the
academic side of the prestigious international boarding school and is passionate about teaching
and learning, professional development and improving assessment. He is also the author of the
Cambridge TOK Teacher’s Resource book and is currently writing a book on a peer driven approach to improving teaching and learning through collaborative development.
