Hywel Benbow is the Founder of eira analytics, a data consulting company helping organisations deliver more value from tier data. Hywel brings over 15 years of experience in data and analytics in both the public and private sectors, including 10 years spent in leadership roles. As a consultant, Hywel provides strategic guidance and services to help build data-informed organisations and turn opportunities into value.

Prior to setting up his own consultancy, Hywel served as the Senior Vice President of Global Data & Analytics at GEMS Education where he led the organisation’s data and analytics transformation, developing capabilities across commercial and educational landscapes. He helps organisations foster collaboration across business units, crafts and delivers insightful analytical solutions, and builds data cultures to empower the right stakeholders with the right information at the right time.
