Poonam Bhojani

As the Founding CEO of Innoventures Education, a leading pre-K-12 international private education company based in Dubai, UAE, Poonam has been involved in the inception and the continued leadership of some of Dubai’s leading schools and nurseries, such as Dubai International Academy – Emirates Hills and Al Barsha, Collegiate International School, Raffles World Academy, Raffles International School & the Raffles Early Childhood Centres.

With an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore following BA Honours in Economics, Poonam has had a career in international technology specializing in the Financial Services Industry across India, USA, Belgium, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Oman, Sweden and the UAE with global organisations like Tata Consultancy Services, Philips, Mashreq Bank and ABN AMRO Bank.

She has also served as President of Middle East IB Association and as the Secretary-General of Dubai Private Schools Group.

Poonam has had the honour of being recognised as ‘Education CEO of the Year’ as well as ‘Indian Female Entrepreneur of the Year’ by ITP. Most recently, Poonam featured in the Forbes Middle East’s 100 Most Powerful Businesswomen 2023.
