Our Effective Team Management Skills for International School Leaders course gives you the core practical skills to manage and lead your teams to success. Designed for leaders in international schools managing people across any functions, it tackles the key elements of line management, from goal setting to delegation.

Attend this engaging course to hear about different styles of leadership, and discover which style works best for you and your team through individual questionnaires, reflective learning and practical group exercises. Take away the skills to deal with some of the more difficult aspects of people management, including handling challenging conversations, learning how to deliver development feedback and motivate others when we notice a change in performance.
