Sam Cowley

Originally from the UK, Sam is a reformed recruitment consultant with 16 years’ experience across multiple industries in Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, from which he hopes he’s learned something.

Driven by a fascination with people, Sam firmly believes that all organisations stand and fall on their ability to attract and retain the right talent. He has spent the last 6 years working with Schrole Group to help international schools recruit, onboard, screen and develop staff and faculty, with a particular focus on process improvement and use of smart technology to inform good hiring decisions.

When not at work Sam spends his time at home in Perth, or out camping and exploring Western Australia with his wife and two young children.
