Tor Del Federico

Tor Del Federico is currently the Principal of Southlands British International School Rome. Before moving to Italy in 2020, Tor worked for five years with Nord Anglia Education as Principal of the British School Yangon, Myanmar and Interim Principal / Deputy Head Academic at College Beau Soleil, Switzerland. Prior to working internationally, she was Director of Teaching and Learning at Roedean School, Brighton, UK.

Tor has always loved building strong teams, developing talent and supporting those with whom she works to grow in  their careers. An approach which combines coaching and mentoring alongside a commitment to leading with integrity and authenticity are cornerstones of her practice. A CIS accreditation team member, she enjoys learning from other schools and colleagues around the world and is always keen to discover better ways to build successful, happy and healthy learning communities.
