Each track starts with the following two fast-paced segments to spark ideas and frame the challenges ahead:

Part 1: The World’s Boldest AI Education for Future Generations

An interactive exploration of how AI is being integrated into international school curricula. Learn what local tools, training and ethical practices are essential for forward-thinking leadership.

Part 2: Quick Fire Leadership Case Studies

Ten international school leaders each present a one-slide, one-minute challenge they’re facing - from recruitment to regulation to revenue. No solutions yet, just real-world provocations that set the stage for collaborative problem-solving.

Note: These sessions are hosted within your track, featuring different voices and examples tailored to each theme.

10:30 – 11:00 AM: Networking Coffee Break

Choose your preferred networking format:

  • Matched Networking Corner: facilitated networking
  • Innovation Showcase: Start-ups present the latest EdTech tools and services.
  • Chill-Out Zone

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Collaboration Lab
Choose your track. Co-create solutions. Leave with allies.

In this 75-minute session, you’ll join one of four curated, colour-coded tracks aligned with your area of focus. Each group will work together on an anonymised case study from an international school, tackling real-world challenges such as how to nurture great leaders and teachers, shifting parental expectations, and the impact of AI.

📍How it works:

  • Groups collaborate as roundtables to problem-solve from the big picture down to practical implementation.

  • No sales pitches – just collective brainpower.

  • University scribes will document insights at each table.

  • You’ll distil your solution into a single slide and submit it for feedback later in the main auditorium.

  • After the event, you’ll receive a digital handbook featuring all scenarios and solutions from every track.

🤝 Expect fresh thinking, new allies, and tangible takeaways to apply back at school.
