Following the introduction of the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF), expectations and assessment of universities have changed dramatically. In particular, levels of graduate employability is now a vital measure of the teaching excellence of a university, with two new supplementary metrics based on the longitudinal education outcomes data.

In order successfully attract new students and remain competitive in the new higher education landscape, you must develop clear strategies to maximise employability prospects for your students.

On this Improving Graduate Employability in Higher Education course, receive the latest guidance on the expectations for employability set out in the TEF.  Learn how to engage effectively with employers and create a successful university-wide strategy for maximising graduate employability. This course will be chaired by Eluned Jones, Director of Student Employability, University of Birmingham.
