Overview

In order to continue delivering excellent services for patients, NHS organisations have to consider innovative approaches to improve efficiency and generate additional revenue streams, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.

By setting up a joint venture with a private sector organisation, hospitals and Clinical Commissioning Groups will be able to increase their capacity to deliver better services for their patients, generate revenue and access their partner’s extensive knowledge, capacity and resources.

This A Guide to a Successful NHS Joint Venture course, will give delegates the necessary tools to navigate through the complex process of setting up a joint venture. By the end of the day delegates will fully understand the legal intricacies of setting up a joint venture and develop more effective strategic partnerships with private sector organisations, to ultimately enable the better provision of services.
