With the growing demand for alternative provision and concerns about the service, our Optimising Alternative Provision in Education course is ideally timed to ensure you are able to effectively provide and commission high quality alternative provision. This small interactive workshop will allow you to take away the knowledge needed to implement effective policies on how to track attainment within alternative provisions.
As the Government undertake an inquiry into alternative provision, it is essential that the government, local authorities, schools and other providers to do all they can to improve educational outcomes and life chances for students in alternative provision. This training course will provide you with a unique opportunity to discuss alternative provisions in education with leading experts in the field, in an informal workshop setting.
Only around 1 per cent of young people in state alternative provision receive five good GCSEs. This course gives you the tools to best support students, provide the highest quality alternative provision and achieve better outcomes for students.
